I recently had Aerify Heating & Air come out to service our furnace. The problem we were experiencing is that our furnace would run for a couple of minutes and then would automatically turn off. Aaron thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained to us that the filtered needed to be replaced in order to allow enough airflow entering the furnace. Our furnace had a heat detector that would automatically turn off when the furnace overheated. Luckily we had an extra filter and he replaced it for us while he was at our house and provided us recommendations on how we can properly maintain our furnace. I was extremely impressed with Aaron’s expertise and honesty.Our family been thinking for years on installing an air conditioner in our home. After Aaron gave his honest solution to our furnace problem, I knew in that moment, Aerify Heating & Air was the company I can trust to install our new AC. Aaron and his team of amazing installers were very courteous and answered all my questions patiently. We can’t begin to describe how happy we are with the work & professionalize we receive. We would definitely recommend Aerify Heating & Air to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC service.

Aerify technician was fast and professional - even though he had to go up into an attic to reach the heater, the technician was prepared and performed his inspection/maintenance work quickly. I will happily use Verify again for either heater or HVAC maintenance/repair.

These guys were supposed to be a second opinion on if i needed to replace my system, but they figured out it was a small easy fix just fixed the problem! Saved me ATLEAST 8k from the suggestion of the company that was over first! Don't make my mistake. Call this company FIRST!!! Easily the best AC people out there.

AC technician Ismael Flores came to my home to troubleshoot and repair my AC units.Mr. Flores showed up right on time as he had texted me earlier. Aerify called me the same day I requested service through my home warranty even though it was a Saturday evening. The next day, I had a service appointment booked within 3 days. The technician arrived in the middle of the time slot and I was notified via text they were on their way. Ismael was courteous and careful to keep distance (COVID-19) and wore a mask. He resolved our AC unit issue within a few minutes. I highly recommend Aerify!

I contacted Aerify Heating and Air Conditioning because my tenant was having trouble with their HVAC. They could hear the system turn out, but neither the heater nor the air conditioner would blow out any air. The technician came out and had the system up and running in a short amount of time. As it turns out, a capacitor has blown out and needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend Aerify for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I needed some work done on my AC. They provided a free quote and repaired my AC just in time for this heat! I got a total of 4 estimates and Aerify was the most cost and time effective. Our heater was not kicking on and we were freezing! We reached out to our home warranty company and they said Aerify would be in contact shortly. They called next day and were at our house the next day by 2pm. The thermostat was bad so Israel swapped it out in no time, tested it and we were up and running just like that! So grateful for the quick turn around and the ease of getting our heater fixed!
